Absence Makes the Heart Grow…
Fonder, they say. But in the world of blogging I’m thinking not so much.
I can’t help it, guys. I’m busy as hell lately and the ol’ blog is suffering. I don’t want to fill it with “oh, gee, sorry I’m not here, see ya soon” sort of posts but that’s exactly what I seem to be doing.
*sigh*
So what have I been doing?
Take a peek at Eden Cafe. In case I haven’t mentioned it, I’m the administrator over there and I do an occasional bit of writing myself on top of the editing and whatnot. Last weekend I even got to go to NY and Philly for the April Flores Love Toy Art Show and if you look around, you’ll find some posts with pics of me and April herself. (Fatty D to all you porn connoisseurs. ) She’s… something else, man. Perfect skin, gorgeous curves, sexy and cute rolled into one amazing and almost unbelievable package. It was SO cool to be able to meet her and it’s all due to the jobby job that keeps me so busy so I really can’t complain.
Other than that…
This whole having a teenager thing who is having sex and not doing great in school (not horrid but not acceptable, either) and exerting his independence at the most inappropriate times is time consuming, damn it!
As is the new puppy.
Yeah, we got another new puppy. A puggle I named bug who is impossibly cute and impossibly bratty. I luffs her. I also want to murder her at least a time or two a day. She likes to chew laptop plugs and chair legs and pee on the floor. She also keeps the moose of a rott pup occupied (and, omg, you should see them playing. 90 pounds of rott vs 15 pounds of puggle is amusing as hell and he’s SO gentle with her!) which is a good thing cuz he’s loaded with energy and the five year old beagle doesn’t like it much. SHE likes to eat, poop, snuggle and sleep, NOT get chewed on and chased by a moose.

Right now this is the only decent one I have and it just doesn’t show her cuteness quite well enough.
No, really. It doesn’t.
And that is about it. Work, kid, puppy, cook, clean, fuck, sleep, lather, rinse, repeat.
What have y’all been up to?
She is definitely a cutie.
I’m in the same boat as you blog-wise. I’m down to reviews and occasional updates. Things should be changing soon, but most days I can’t be arsed. And, yeah, I feel guilty a lot.
You’re doing great with Eden Cafe, though. I’m really quite tickled that all of these great things are happening for you. You absolutely deserve it. And I’m not merely kissing your ass. lol
What can ya do? Life gets in the way so easily.
