Discreet Restraints
Under the Bed Restraints. Useful. Discreet. Easy. Practical. Not the greatest quality.
Those are my basic impressions of this set.

The package is typical adult crap. Plastic with a sexy girl making sexy girl face and pretending to strain on the cover. Inside, the nylon straps and cuffs are folded up neatly.
Once you open the package you’re confronted with four 60 inch straps, connected permanently to the 60 inch connecting strap and four cuffs. Simple, self explanatory.
The connecting strap lays across your box spring, the adjustable straps stick out the sides/bottom, the cuffs attach to the adjustable straps.
The nylon is strong and looks exactly like a dog leash with sliding plastic adjusters similar to those found on backpacks or camping gear. The cuffs are a felt-like material with a velcro strap sewn to it. The attachment hooks on the cuffs are thumb slide type and are attached to the velcro with a keyring type ring. The attachment point on the straps are also pretty much a keyring.
All four cuffs are the same size – about 2 inches wide, eight inches long with some extra length in the Velcro that would accommodate bigger wrists and ankles, though less comfortably and more scratchily. The cuffs fit both Taylor and I, wrist and ankle, so they really are one size fits most but I can’t say for sure that they’d work for the very small or very large.
Overall, the cuffs are comfortable but not exactly fun to look at. They’re plain and very simple and obviously not as luxurious as leather bondage gear but they’re effective. They hold up to a fairly decent amount of tug, pull and thrashing. You can easily disconnect them from the straps for storage or safety reasons, though being velcro they’d likely be easier to release that way in a real emergency.
The straps are actually quite nice and we’re likely to use them for a long time, especially since they can be used with other cuffs. They assembled under the bed easily — if you consider having to lift the mattress easy. :) They’d be terrific for travel but we’ve pretty much left them under the bed permanently since we got them. It’s convenient and, with our dust ruffle and comforter, they can’t be seen when the bed is made. They do stay in place quite well, even with lots of fucking and rolling around on the bed.
My only real complaint with the set is the quality of the attachment rings. Keyring loops are pretty low quality and I think Sportsheets could have done better.
Overall, the set is good. It’s decent. I’m a jaded, long time BDSM practicer so compared to some of our other equipment these fall short but for the beginner, for traveling, for use with a better set of cuffs, the Under the Bed Restraints are fine, indeed.
Thanks to Babeland for letting me review these. Please check them out if you’re in the market for a set of practical, discreet, easy to use restraints or other BDSM equipment. Or, you know, for sex toys.

I have been eyeing these, not for the cuffs, I have leather ones, but for the under the bed system… but seriously, KEYRINGS?! WTF?
