I'm not going to lie. I didn't not even try this stuff for massage. I didn't buy it for massage. I don't like creams much for massage; I prefer oils.
What I did buy the Kama Sutra Body Souffle for was to use as a tasty, nice smelling lotion.
My guy? He really, really likes me to smell edible. I figured smelling and tasting edible was a sure way to get many kisses, licks and nips.
I was right.
Body Souffle by Kama Sutra is all it claims to be, a…
…delicately textured, kissable cream is enriched with moisturizers and melts away completely with water, leaving only a subtle sweetness on your lover’s lips and fingertips.
I got both the vanilla and the strawberry and I am equally impressed with each.
Both contain typical lotion ingredients, as well as silicone – so use care around silicone sex toys, though the amount is minimal and shouldn't cause problems – and flavor. These creams do contain glycerin so if you're sensitive to that, you may want to avoid applying cream to the vaginal area. Both are rich and creamy looking, thicker than a lotion but not so thick as to be a balm. They truly are a cream.
The vanilla smells exactly like vanilla frosting, the strawberry reminds me of strawberry yogurt or a strawberry smoothie. Opening the plastic tub makes you seriously hungry the second you get a whiff. The scent, once the cream is applied to the skin, is a bit less intense and a bit less true to how it smells in the tub – body chemistry often changes scent a bit – but is still sweet, yummy and ultimately makes you want to nuzzle and lick the skin it's been applied to.
The plastic tub is wide and each contains 7.5 ounces of product, which is more than enough to last a good, long while and make it worth the price. The fact that it's short and squat, with a wide opening, means it's easy to dip your fingers in and scoop out a bit of cream. For me it worked best to rub the dollop between my palms, thinning it a bit, then applying with my palms to my various body parts.
Body Souffle spreads easily and rubs in completely, leaving your skin sweetly scented and very lightly flavored. The flavor of both is more vaguely sweet than distinctly strawberry or vanilla and both taste quite nice when the skin is licked or kissed. I don't recommend sticking your tongue in the tub, however, or scooping a dollop directly into your mouth. It leaves the tongue feeling almost numb – not because of any numbing agents but because of the silicone, I think. It makes your tongue feel coated and lessens feeling if you try to eat it.
It's meant to be applied and rubbed in, not to frost your body in a thick layer!
The absolute best thing about the Kama Sutra body souffle, to me, was the way it works as a moisturizer. This stuff is seriously freaking awesome. I can honestly say it's some of the best lotion I've ever tried. It leaves me soft, so soft and smooth, and yet not greasy or coated. I don't feel like I have a thick layer of goo on my body but, rather, like I've pampered my skin with luxury spa products.
The fact that it's kissable, sweet smelling and makes my skin feel wonderfully touchable? Makes it a total win. I will not, if I can help it, be without Body Souffle in my arsenal. In fact, I'm quite eager to try out other flavors/scents.
I got mine from Eden Fantasys, where it comes in Vanilla, Chocolate Creme Brulee, Strawberry and Cool Mint.
Even though I didn't try it for massage, I think it would work quite well for a short one, if not an extended one. It does sink into the skin fairly quickly so, while it would product a nice glide as you're applying it, the glide wouldn't last overly long. Definitely better for sensual rubbing, teasing, touching than for a professional type massage.

I drink a lot of coffee, ride a motorcycle, have an 18 year old son and a decade long relationship that began in a chat room.

It is a decadent moisturizer, but the smell is too chemical sweet for me. I tried vanilla, am curious about mint or choco!
