Pipedream Toy Bag

I’m always looking for a place to put a few more toys.  When you review as much as I do you run out of space quickly.  When you buy as much, on top of reviewing?  You end up with sex toys coming out your ears, spilling out your drawers, stuffing your bags until they’re ready to explode.  So when I got the chance to give this Pipedream bag a shot, thanks to Sextoy.com, I was like…  um…  yes please!

The black Pipedream toy bag isn’t a super organized bag.  I mean, there are no inside our outside pockets, no straps or bands to hold things.  It’s just a mini duffel, made of vinyl that looks vaguely like leather, with cute little silver studs along both ends and a nice, looped handle to make it easy to carry.  It also has Pipedream written in white text along the sides but it’s tasteful and doesn’t bother me, though I’d like it better if it were plain.

So, being that it’s single pocket zips open and you then have  an approximately 15x8x6 pocket with no dividers or anything, you pretty much want to toss stuff in here that isn’t going to get damaged if it bangs around against each other.  Toys in drawstring bags or of materials that aren’t going to bleed and melt into each other.  And you can’t be anal about organization cuz once you toss something in here, much like a purse, it’s going to fall to the bottom and you’re going to have to dig when you want to use it.

But, hell…

It’s a cute bag with plenty of room.  I toss my plastic toys in it as well as various lubes in ziploc bags.  That way I know what’s in it, it’s easy to dig for what I need and even if the lube spills and leaks from the ziploc bags, it’s unlikely to damage the plastic sex toys.

Which I, oddly, have quite a few of.

At the moment the Pipedreams bag is holding three Evolved vibes, a showerbabe, a laya spot, five or six corded bullets, about six small, push button bullets, two doc johnson vibes, two sets of kegel balls,  a few pocket rockets, three bottles of lube and a tub of wipes, an iTap vibe, and another small plastic vibrator that isn’t quite a bullet, isn’t quite a full sized vibe.  And there’s room to spare.  So it’s plenty big and very useful for me — especially since all the rest of my bags are pink!  I know when I want one of the particular toys that are in this bag – or six of them – that this is the bag I should reach for.  No muttering to myself, trying to figure out which pink bag holds which toy.

The lining on the bag is like a thin, greyish felt that covers the outer vinyl.  It doesn’t add any thickness to the bag itself, which is thin, but does keep the lining vinyl from bleeding onto my toys.

All in all, I recommend.  It’s a decent bag for a decent price and you can use it for just about anything, should sex toy storage not be what you’re looking for.  In fact, we used it for Taylor’s toiletries on our recent trip to Philly. :P
