I’ve been looking at the SinFive vibrators for like a year and kept passing them by because they looked very firm and were made of WTP, which I’d never used before, hence wasn’t sure if my body would like it.

Recently, SinFive redid the entire line in silicone and….

You guessed it.  I jumped at the chance to get one.

I chose the Ilo, which is a straight, traditional vibrator with a oddly ridged head that is slightly thicker than its base.  The ridges on the head are more like wee speed bumps, bloops, that run vertically half way down the shaft and create a “plus sign” pattern at the tip.  It’s a really neat texture!  You can’t feel it so much with thrusting but it’s really nifty if you twirl the toy.  It’s gentle, yet noticeable.  Probably not a thrill for texture queens but at least it won’t be painful to those who don’t like a lot of textures.

The silicone the Ilo is made from is soft and slightly squishy thru the head, firmer in the shaft.  It’s firm enough to give good pressure yet is still slightly bendable so that even though it’s a straight vibrator, you can get some decent g-spot pressure.

One of the coolest things, however, about the silicone is that it’s specially made with an anti microbial ingredient that, basically, sanitizes itself after use.  You just wash it with soap and water and the material itself sort of…  refuses to let germs and whatnot cling to it.  I have no idea how this works, scientifically, but I can say that it’s not something that will rub off on your body; in fact, it makes the sex toy even more body safe than regular silicone.

The Ilo is waterproof, strong and very, very quiet.  It has multiple speeds and patterns of vibrations, all controlled by slightly raised plus and minus symbols on the shaft.  Vibrations travel well thru the shaft and, especially at low speeds, are nicely deep in frequency.

I’m really quite impressed with the Ilo.  It’s one of the few vibes I have that I actually enjoy the vibrations internally though they work well for clitoral stimulation as well.

And?  Batteries are included!  It runs on two AA’s and they come with the toy. Win!
