Vaginacize
I have a lot of kegel exercisers. I have the barbell style Energie, LELO Luna Beads, plastic balls on a string in a funky leopard print, Fun Factory Smart balls, a Teneo Uno…
All of them work well to varying degrees. Some are more comfortable than others but all are fairly easy to use. And none of them fall out or even slip down when in use very often.
But I recently got these Doc Johnson Extra Large Ben Wa Balls and, fuck me running, I cannot keep them in. It is a major vaginal work out for me to hold them inside and even with my best efforts, they slip.
Which is a good thing, as far as I’m concerned. These, more than any I’ve tried, really force me to use my kegel muscles and use them thoroughly. They’re a work out, not just some thing I stick in and forget about.
Both balls are one inch circles in a bubble gum pink color. They’re plastic with a small seam that runs the cicumference of them but is not noticeable in use. Unlike most vaginal balls that have another ball inside that spins around, these are simply weighted. Or not so simply, maybe. They’re heavy! Like, one of these is heavier than both the blue Luna Beads together. I’m telling you, it’s a real work out to use them!
Insertion is easy; just tuck one inside your vagina, past your pubic bone, and let it do it’s thing. Or, if you’re strong or feeling daring, tuck them both in. Once settled, you don’t really feel them, per se, in that moving around sort of way you get with other balls, but you notice them. They rub inside you a bit and seriously, seriously force you to clench and tighten your kegel muscles to keep them in.
Removal is just as easy. They fall out. Heh. I’m kidding. Sort of. They do fall out, for me. I do not have the pussy of a virgin. Usually I remove them after one has fallen out so many times my pc muscles are fatigued. But if they don’t fall out – or, like for me, only one does – a bit of bearing down pressure is usually enough to get them to slide out. Or you can insert a finger and pull them out gently. Either way, no worries about them getting stuck. We girls have a cervix and that prevents them from disappearing.
Clean up is simple; soap and water work fine or you can use a ten percent bleach solution, toy cleaner or wipes. Storage is made easy with a pink, velour-like drawstring bag sized perfectly to hold these two little wonders.
I still love my Luna Beads best. I do. But these are a close second and are definitely more effective, in my opinion. They’re slick instead of grippy silicone so, on top of the weight, they slide more easily and are just that much more work to retain. Which is what you want when exercising the old vagina!
Mad thanks to Adam & Eve for sending them to me! You can get these and other ben wa balls and sex toys by visiting their site.

These look interesting – I’m hooked on my Smartballs, but I’ve never tried the unattached ones :-)
