Okay, kids, keep your fingers crossed. We have a lead on a house that looks incredibly promising.
Three bedroom lower flat with a mother-in-law suite in the basement. (Bedroom, bath, kitchenette, family room) Two car garage. And it’s right around the block from where we are now so it would be a hell of an easy move and we wouldn’t have to switch schools for the kid or get into me driving him every day. :) All for the low, low price of $950/month.
I’ve said my own prayers to the gods – help me out here. Think positive thoughts, pray, whatever ya do. We need to get the fuck outta here! ;)

I really hope this works out for you!!! But if it falls thru, like Ive said we have homes here in the carrolville develpoments some 3 and 4 BR places for 8 and 950 respectivly, so if you needa place let me know. ((hugs))
